SPIRIT OF SHERWOOD is the official Robin of Sherwood Fanclub, and was founded in 1990. We are an international club with members worldwide. We enjoy a lot of input from the series creator and the actors. We regularly organise a RoS convention (Weekend in Sherwood), grant awards for excellence in RoS zines (Major Oak Awards), and sell exclusive photos of the RoS cast members and convention tapes.

Robin of Sherwood is a Robin Hood TV series that was made in England from 1983-1985. It originally aired in the UK on HTV and in the USA on Showtime cable channel and various PBS stations. This series was created by Richard Carpenter and produced by Paul Knight for Goldcrest. Michael Praed starred as the Hooded Man in the first two series and Jason Connery became Herne's Son for the third series.
